NYAS is a socio-legal charity providing advice, advocacy, information and legal advice to children, young people and vulnerable adults. NYAS also provides Independent Visitors who befriend children in care, and we undertake Regulation 44 visits of children homes. Under Rule 16.4 of the Family Proceedings Act we represent children and young people in private law family proceedings.
