THE FUND INVESTS IN THE PRINCIPAL COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SECTORS: OFFICE, RETAIL, INDUSTRIAL AND OTHER (LEISURE, CAR SHOWROOMS). IT DOES NOT INVEST IN SPECULATIVE DEVELOPMENTS.
