Cartrefi Cymru supports people of all ages who need social care or housing related support. We enable people to enjoy fulfilling lives as part of our communities in Wales. Trained and committed staff offer support at home and in the community. Support can be as much or as little as is necessary, depending on each person's needs. We promote people's independence, inclusion and self-determination.
