“The financial statements have been prepared on a going-concern basis as we have a reasonable expectation that we have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Society's membership and subscription income continue to grow. The Society also has substantial reserves. Financial forecasts are regularly reviewed by the directors. We believe that there are no material uncertainties that call into doubt the company's ability to continue. The accounts have therefore been prepared on the basis that the Society is a going concern.”
