As the sole early adopter of REM technology we partnered with Defra, the Centre for Environment, Fisheries and Aquaculture Science (Cefas UK) and the Marine Management Organisation to deliver a UK Government trial to improve fisheries science data gathering and to assure regulatory compliance. The trial successfully delivered most of its objectives with the results being used to inform future policy making decisions.”
