• “Subsequent to the reporting date and prior to the approval of these financial statements, the Company became part of a group headed by Harboro Holdings Ltd, following the acquisition of the Company's immediate parent undertaking. In connection with the transaction, new financing arrangements were established at Group level after the reporting date, resulting in changes to the Group's cash balances and financing structure subsequent to the year end. These events are non-adjusting post balance sheet events and, accordingly, no adjustments have been made to the amounts recognised in these financial statements. The directors have considered these matters in their assessment of going concern and have concluded that they do not impact the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.”
