- “Due to extremely dry weather conditions throughout spring and summer 2025, there was a countrywide decrease in crop yields. This was somewhat offset by an improvement in grain quality leading to a slight increase in arable prices. Bloodstock sales continue to be mixed in Eire but the management remain in frequent contact with key syndicate representatives. In addition to the challenging arable conditions, the receipt of the final reduced payment of the Basic Payment Scheme will mean the group will continue to monitor input costs, overheads and capital expenditure, and is considering opportunities in the renewables sector.”
