Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

• “The year to 31 January 2025 was another challenging period, with continued geo-political instability, the persistent squeeze on consumer disposable income, widespread inflation across supply chains including in relation to energy and insurance costs, etc., all of which created adverse headwinds.”
• “However, business interests across the wider estate faced greater challenges, with trading conditions in leisure accommodation and farming in particular having deteriorated year-on-year, which as a result caused total turnover for the Company to fall by 4% to £14,754,343 (2024: £15,421,794).”
