“The directors have considered the future working capital requirements of the company over the going concern assessment period to July 2026, taking in to account possible downside scenarios that would adversely impact the company's net cash position as well as mitigating action available to them to manage such fluctuations. Based on their assessment and the extent of the current levels of funding available to the company, the directors have concluded that the company has sufficient resources available to continue to trade throughout the assessment period and consequently, these financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis.”
