- Unqualified (clean)
- Going concern
- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “The current destabilising nature of world conflict and ongoing rhetoric continues to offer risk and uncertainty in international markets.”
- “With the Government advice that defence spending will increase, this will be positive in terms of future orders for the company's defence industry products and service offerings.”
- “The Company has been successful in securing further long-term framework agreements in Export markets, where exchange rates on some currencies require consideration from an uncertainty point of view.”
- “Product development continues to be a focus for the Company which requires investment in both financial and human resources. The new products are being developed in collaboration with Nottingham University to address substantial market opportunities in both the UK, especially in the green energy sector as an alternative to imports, and in international markets in which the Company continues to be active.”
- “With the potential shift of power requirements for Data Centres both conventional and Al to 800v DC from the standard 48v DC, this positions the company in a perfect position to capitalise on supplying core company products to this fast emerging market.”
