“Excluding any transactions related to investments the company makes consistent profits and generates cash year on year. This is the case for 2024 and has continued into 2025 (where no capital transactions have occurred to date nor are expected in the next 12 months). The directors have prepared forecasts for the going concern assessment period of 12 months from approval of the financial statements and, even with any downside impact of the challenging geo-political environment and global macroeconomic inflationary pressures, indicate that this will continue throughout that period. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis.”
