“Evaluating these and the principal risks and uncertainties set out in the Strategic Report, the conclusion of the Directors is that the forecasts as prepared, as well as mitigating actions available, alongside the letter of support indicated above, provide adequate liquidity to enable the Company and Group to continue trading and therefore, there is a reasonable expectation that the Company and Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the period up to 30 September 2027.
