“Notwithstanding net current liabilities of £46,796,000 as at 30 June 2025 (June 2024: £67,386,000), the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons discussed below. The directors have prepared a cash flow statement for the period to June 2027 i.e. at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. These forecasts include the impact of downside scenarios. After reviewing the Company's cash flow projections for the period to June 2027 the directors are satisfied that the Company has adequate access to resources to enable it to meet its obligations as they fall due and to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.”
