“The company has net current assets of £9 million as of 31 March 2025 and made a loss for the year then ended of £0.7 million. The company earns its revenue from the manufacture and sale of electronic servo motors. It meets its day to day working capital requirements from its own profits and reserves. The company also has access to the Group cash pool, and this gives them easy access to funds, if required. As set out in Note 2.2 to the financial statements, the going concern basis of accounting has been adopted in preparing these financial statements on the basis that the company will continue to be self-sufficient for at least the next twelve months from the date these financial statements are approved.”
