“The directors have considered the financial position of the Group by reviewing monthly management accounts, future orders and planned expenditure, alongside the balance sheet and believe that the group is well placed to manage its business risks successfully despite an uncertain economic outlook. The Group also have sufficient cash headroom to continue operating for the foreseeable future. After making enquiries the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company and Group have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and will remain able to meet its liabilities as they fall due. Accordingly, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements.”
