“After reviewing the Group's forecasts and risk assessments and making other enquiries, the Board has formed the judgement at the time of approving the financial statements that there is a reasonable expectation that the Group and the Company have adequate resourced to continue in operational existence for 12 months from the date of signing this Annual report and financial statements.
