“The Company made a profit after tax in the year of £254,610 (2024: £127,249) and as at 31 March 2025 had cash of £7,502,136 (2024: £6,672,953), net current assets of £14,155,919 (2024: £15,861,432) and net assets of £18,390,586 (2024: £17,556,019). The Directors are satisfied, based on current projections, that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence and meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of 12 months period to 20 August 2026. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements. A severe but plausible downside scenario was prepared linked to a significant reduction in revenue, which when mitigated with a reduction in costs demonstrated that should such a decline in revenues occur that the Company would continue to have sufficient cash throughout the going concern period. Reverse stress testing was conducted on the cash flows that demonstrated that changes in the assumptions would have to be so severe before the company did not have sufficient cash that they are considered to be remote. YKK Corporation, the ultimate parent undertaking, has indicated its intention to make available such funds, as may be required, in the event that the Company is for some reason unable to meet its liabilities, including any payments on the defined benefit pension fund, as they fell due in the Going concern period. As a result, the directors have obtained a letter of support from YKK Corporation for a period of 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements.”
