“These financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. Management has concluded that the Company has sufficient resources to meet its obligations as they fall due over this period, and that there is no material uncertainty that casts significant doubt upon the entity's ability to continue as a going concern. The Company has received a letter of support from a group company, stating that it will continue to support the Company for a period of at least 15 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, should it not be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due within this period.”
