“The company had net assets of £6,620,000 as of 31 December 2024 (2023: £10,648,000) and had a loss of £1,138,000 (2023: £3,097,000 profit) for the year then ended. The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements which indicate that the company will have sufficient funds in cash reserves and deposits in the intercompany in-house bank to meet its liabilities as they fall due for that period. BASF Catalysts Germany GmbH have confirmed their financial support to the company for a period of not less than 12 months from the approval of the Annual report and Financial Statements. The directors confirm the use of the going concern basis of accounting is appropriate because there are no material uncertainties related to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt about the ability of the company to continue as a going concern.”
