“The Directors have considered the ability of the Group and Company to continue as a going concern. The Directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for the Group and Company for a period covering more than 12 months from the date of their approval of these financial statements. The Directors have reviewed the assumptions made in respect of the timing of completion of ongoing projects and of new projects to be secured. Based on these forecasts, the Directors consider that the Group and Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Subsequent to the year-end, group undertakings due intra-group receivables have committed not to recall balances due for a period of 12 months from approval of the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024. Therefore, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
