“The Company is profitable and is dependent on its shareholder, UPD, for the funding of its operations. UPD has confirmed in writing that it will support the Company in the payment of its expenses and liabilities for the going concern period defined as 12 months ending 3 July 2026. The directors have evaluated the ability of UPD to provide support to the Company and concluded that UPD has the intention and sufficient liquidity and financial resources in order to support the Company. On this basis, the directors conclude that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the going concern period.”
