“The directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will continue in operational existence for at least the next twelve months from the approval of the financial statements. At the end of the previous financial year, the company restructured the business with a view to improve profitability. This has proven fruitful with a net profit generated at the 2025 year end and the company continues to retain the support of its parent. To support the company's drive for improved profitability, its order book is being managed to ensure that work is scheduled effectively, improving efficiency in the factory and product delivery. It is on this basis that the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.”
