“At the time of approving the financial statements, the Board of Directors has a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continuing in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Board of Directors remain satisfied that the Company is able to meet its liabilities as they fall due over the next 12 months. Thus, the Board of Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
