“However, the risk of recession in the UK, inflationary pressures in employment and other costs; could all be factors that have an impact on the Group and Company's financial performance which is not easy to forecast. The impact could be from a significant fall in demand, from customer credit losses (bad debts) or late customer payments. These would restrict the Company's ability to generate operating cashflow and could impact on the ability of the parent company to provide any necessary support. The directors have plans in place to mitigate the impact should the need arise.”
