“The directors note that in the year ending 31 March 2026 the company has returned to profitability and the directors are consistently reviewing the cost base to ensure that viability of the business continues. The company has no external borrowing and has sufficient cash reserves to meet the liabilities as they fall due for a period of not less than 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. As such, the directors believe that there are no significant uncertainties in their assessment of whether the business is a going concern and therefore have prepared the accounts on a going concern basis.”
