• “This year has seen a backlog of work due to the Building Safety Act 2022 (BSA) which covers higher-risk buildings, e.g. residential. Whilst the business is not solely dependent on residential contracts it has meant a slower than usual performance due to the reduced number of contracts which have passed the BSA.”
