“On the basis of their assessment of the company's financial position and of the enquiries made between the directors of the company, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will be able to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. In addition to this, the directors have also considered multiple scenarios with a longer term 'severe but plausible' downturn.
