- “2025 was a year of resetting after the difficulties surrounding Brighton i360 going into administration in late 2024. The Trust welcomed Nightcap taking over the business in February 2025. The attraction reopened in March 2025. The new owners of i360 have been paying their rent regularly since March 2025 and gradually the Trust's finances are improving and stabilising again. We hope that in 2027 we will be in a strong enough position to reignite the Kiosk project.”
- “After 2022's disappointing failure to secure a National Lottery Heritage Fund award towards the restoration of the original 1866 West Pier Kiosk that we have held in storage since its recovery from the Pier in 1996, in 2023 we started work on our reimagined version of the project.”
