“The company has adequate cash resources and working cap tal. This includes an amount of £1.5m due to a director, who has indicated he will not seek repayment for a period of at least one year from the signing of these accounts. The company is therefore not reliant on external funding to meet its day to day financial commitments. The directors closely monitor the financial performance of the company and are satisfied, despite the risks and uncertainties disclosed in the Strategic Report, that the company can meet its liabilities for a period of at least one year from the approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, the directors have adopted the going concern basis of accounting in preparing these financial statements.”
