• “The company continues to operate in troubled times. The commercial property market remains in a state of flux. Vendors appear reluctant to accept the change in yields, that followed the negative movement in interest rates (borrowing costs) of recent years. Hence transaction volumes are still challenging.”
• “Despite the difficult economic climate, we have declared a final dividend of 30p per share, bringing the total dividend for the year to 60p per share. In the past Bloomsbury has made the final dividend distribution later in the year. In light of the Uncertainty generated by the budget, due to be announced on 26th November, the Board has chosen to bring forward the final dividend for the year ended 31st July 2025.”
