“These financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis on the grounds that the directors consider that the company holds sufficient cash reserves and have available facilities to withstand any cashflow uncertainties and will be able to continue to pay its liabilities as they fall due for a period of not less than twelve months following approval of these financial statements. In making this assessment, the directors have considered the detailed monthly trading budget and the cashflow forecasts for a period of at least 12 months from the approval of these financial statements. Having undertaken this forecasting exercise and performed additional sensitivity analysis, the directors are satisfied that there is no material uncertainty. It therefore remains appropriate for the company to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”

• “The business investment in product innovation will deliver growth both to our existing customers and to new customers in the next financial year. To that end, we introduced the EV charger market to our EVJuiceNgo brand of DC EV chargers in 2025 ahead of an initial product launch of January 2026 with additional products throughout the year. The market feedback was strong from both charge point operators and fleet solution providers for a UK designed and manufactured EV DC charger providing confidence in future sales growth from our investment.”
