Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

- Going concern
- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “The results for the year have been driven by positive performance from our key trading activities, and have come against a backdrop of competitive trading conditions, and cost pressures linked to UK fiscal policy.”
- “The company continues to benefit from its ongoing investments in the latest machinery and technology, a dedicated and skilled workforce, and from reliable supply chain partners, all of which play an important role in delivering a quality service and product to our customers.”
- “Like many businesses, the group has been subject to price inflation during the year, with UK fiscal policy being a key element of the cost increases experienced during the year. We mitigate this as best we can by regularly reviewing our cost base, making operational adjustments where required, and working closely with our suppliers and customers in order to minimise the overall impact.”
- “The company has a manageable level of external debt in the form of hire purchase agreements with a mixture of fixed and variable interest rates, and an invoice financing facility which is at base rate plus the bank margin. With the high levels of cash held on deposit within the group, and the low-percentage of variable interest debt, the company can offset the full potential impacts caused by rising interest rates, whilst also benefitting if interest rates fall.”
