“The directors have prepared prudent, sensitised forecasts including cash flow forecasts for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. During the year the company generated profits of £1.543m (2024: £2.405m) and as at the balance sheet date is in a net asset position of £7.883m (2024: £6.340m). Consequently, the directors are confident that the Company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
