“During the year the Company made a loss after tax of £87,345 and had net liabilities of £1,859,646. The Directors have considered the operations and purpose of the company along with the expected cash flows over the next 12 months, considering reasonable changes in its financing activities. They believe based on this, the Company is expected to have a sufficient level of financial resources available through current facilities and therefore the Company is well placed to manage its business risks successfully. After making enquiries and obtaining a letter of support from the group, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue its operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, they continue to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
