“The financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis which assumes the company and the group headed by Winn & Coales International Limited will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Despite the challenges presented by the current worldwide economic conditions, the company remains in a sound financial position and has strong reserves. Whilst the ultimate impact of the difficult worldwide economic conditions cannot be quantified, the directors do not expect the current difficulties to adversely affect the ability of the company to continue in operation for at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Accordingly, the financial statements continue to be prepared on the going concern basis.”
