“At 31 December 2024 the company had net liabilities of £3,148,885 (2023: £2,617,536) including amounts due to fellow group companies of £4,529,184 (2023: £2,054,018)... The consolidated group accounts continue to show a net asset position, and the subsidiary is fully supported by the parent company. The directors of Vindis Group Limited continue to support the company and therefore at the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.”
