“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The company has £59.6m of net current assets (2024: £52.8m), generated net cash of £11.8m in the year (2024: £2.2m) and has received an undertaking from the representative of the ultimate controlling party that for at least 13 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, liabilities owed to group companies will not be called due and funding, if required, will continue to be made available to enable the company to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future by meeting its liabilities as they fall due.”
