• “Our focus in 2024 has been to stabilise the business with regards to material supply and cash flow and minimise debts accrued over the 2023-2024 period arising from disputes with former Director and Landlord yet still. Despite being a tough year of trading the company has managed to reduce its raw material cost which has, and will continue to improve gross profit margins and have concentrated on updating suppliers that can offer competitive prices for the same materials whilst also getting ahead with many items being paid on a proforma basis to ensure that we can adequately forecast cash flow for repaying debts. We have concentrated on maintaining the customers that we have and formalising the relationships to understand where we need to nurture business relationships or replace with new business where relationships and business has failed in some categories. We feel that we have managed to set up a solid foundation from which to grow upon in the coming year.”
