Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the director's use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. As noted in the Strategic Report, the Company is currently under an exclusivity agreement with a private equity backed third party. At the time of approving the financial statements, and notwithstanding the potential sale, the director has a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being at least 12months from the date of signing of these financial statements. Thus the director continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
Significant events
- “The year ended 31 March 2025 has been a challenging year, marked by difficult operating conditions that necessitated a number of strategic restructuring actions. The Company has taken decisive steps to streamline operations, including a reduction in headcount.”
- “On 19th November the Company will undertake a capital reduction demerger process which will (amongst others) result in (i) the sale and purchase of the current property interest of the Company..., (ii) the lease-back of the property..., and (iii) Kingfield Group Holdings Limited holding the entire share capital in the Company.”
- “The Company is currently under an exclusivity agreement with a private equity backed third party in relation to the potential sale and purchase of the Company's entire share capital and, as at the date of approval of these financial statements, the Company anticipates that a definitive agreement for sale and purchase of such shares may be entered into between the parties shortly.”
