“the Directors conclude that it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting because there are no material uncertainties related to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt about the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern. Thus they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements. In assessing the validity of the going concern basis, and taking account of reasonably plausible downsides covering a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, the Directors have considered the cash flow forecasts they have prepared for the period until 31 March 2027.”

- “In September 2020, the Group entered into a long-term financing agreement with its banks for a Revolving Credit Facility (RCF) of £125m. This facility has been voluntarily reduced over the past few years and now stands at £110m. Subsequent to year end, this facility has been replaced with a new facility. The new RCF of £110m agreed in August 2025 will expire on the 31st December 2028, with two, one year extension options available.”
