“Although in the year losses were incurred this was due to the exceptional income and expenses due to the closure of the Ledbury site, there are no going concern issues for the remaining company to cover maturing obligations. The directors of the company have received written confirmation from Ornua Co-operative Limited, that it will continue to provide financial support to the Company for the foreseeable future. This assurance includes the provision of necessary funds to meet the Company's liabilities as they fall due. The directors have reviewed the financial position and forecasts of the parent company and are satisfied that it has sufficient resources to provide this support. Consequently, the directors are confident in the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.”
