“The company had a good trading year with strong financial results. The achieved turnover in 2024 was £25.8m (£24.9m in 2023). As at 31 December 2024 the company has £775k cash reserves (2023 - £450k) and £3.1m net assets (2023 - £2.4m). The directors have reviewed the company's supply chains, key customers and capital resources. Based on the above information available to the directors at the date of approval, the directors consider it appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements and that the company has adequate resources to continue to trade for the foreseeable future being 12 months from approval of these financial statements.”

• “Despite continued challenges facing the hospitality sector in 2024, the industry, and the company, demonstrated resilience and adaptability in navigating this complex landscape. Like many businesses in our sector, the company continued to face labour shortages, rising staff, operational and overheads costs, as well as supply chain disruptions at times. Despite these difficulties, the business managed to increase its margin by implementing key cost-saving measures and continued investment in the business. Reduction in interest rates and decrease in inflation also helped to release some of the financial pressure.”
