• “On the 8 April 2024, Sureserve Group Holdings Limited acquired 100% of the share capital of Duality Group Limited and its wholly owned subsidiaries, of which this Company is one. From this date, the Company became part of the Sureserve Group (Volt Topco (CP) Limited and its subsidiaries, the "Group"). On 19 July 2024, Duality Group Limited sold 100% of the issued share capital in the Company to Sureserve Energy Services Limited, a fellow group undertaking. With effect from 2 December 2024, the Company changed its name from Dyson Energy Services Ltd to Sureserve Energy Services North Limited, and extended its year end to 30 September 2025.”
• “On 1 October 2025, the Company novated some of its vehicle lease arrangements to a fellow group undertaking. From this date, all rights and obligations under the lease agreements were transferred to the related party at book value, and so the Company derecognised £312,017 from right-of-use assets and £311,810 of lease liability. This event occurred after the reporting date and does not require adjustment to the amounts recognised in these financial statements.”
