Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

- Going concern
- Affirmed
“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The directors of the ultimate parent company, Media Concierge (Holdings) Limited, have prepared a cash flow forecast for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements which indicates that the group and company will have sufficient funds to meet liabilities as they fall due for that period. The cash flow forecast has assessed the impacts of other external factors and has concluded that there is no significant impact to the going concern status of the company. Therefore the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
Significant events
- “Directors believe margins will be maintained and clients are moving business back to leaflets and inserts. The business continues to generate strong operating cash flows.”
