In making the going concern assessment, the directors have considered the net current liabilities position of the Company. Whilst the directors acknowledge the significance of this matter, their view is that the Company continues to have sufficient resources available to enable it to meet its liabilities as they fall due. After consideration of the factors noted above, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
