• “Since the year end the company has undertaken a refinance process. At the time of writing, the company has secured a bridging facility that will allow it to move to longer-term facilities in the near future.”
• “The Company has secured a bridging facility of £6.5 million (gross), with a net initial advance of approximately £6.0 million, secured against the Company's freehold property together with personal guarantees from shareholders. Following the settlement of existing liabilities, the Company received net cash proceeds of £2.4 million on 11 May 2026.
