• “In 2025, the company continued to experience a decline in the overall market, with turnover reducing further still against 2024, with ongoing strong competition, particularly from foreign suppliers, we reduced our workforce and grew our gross profit margins remaining resilient in a challenging market. This downturn was felt across the entire Rulmeca Group; however, we remain committed to strengthening our operations through continued enhancements in operational efficiency, both with investments in data lead manufacturing, and training with a refined view of Operational excellence. Despite the turnover decline from the shrinking market, we have made several proactive moves to support future growth opportunities. Scaling our shifts back, whilst retaining key staff and securing our plans for the future. Our commitment to sustainability continues, with ongoing investments in employee development and the adoption of our Group ESG protocols. We have made strides towards improving our company documents, filing and organisational practices, whilst also continuing to explore green energy solutions and machinery enhancements. Through these strategic investments, operational improvements, and a continued focus on sustainability, we are well-positioned to navigate these challenges and capitalize on future growth opportunities.”
