“The Directors have considered the Company's position at the time of signing the financial statements, and the impact of economic uncertainty on the wider economy. Having reviewed the Company's budgets and forecasts, the Directors have considered the Company's financial strength and cash available for operating requirements and unencumbered development land held. Based on the above, the Directors have concluded that they are confident that the Company will have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being at least twelve months from the date of signing these financial statements, and they therefore continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing these financial statements.”
