Affirmed

“The directors have prepared a cash flow forecast showing that, for at least the following 12 months, the company can operate within its existing committed funding facilities, including incorporating sensitivity analysis based on a reduction in trading volume. These forecasts are supported by the continued financial support of the immediate parent company, Toyota (G.B.) PLC, for a period of at least one year after approval of the financial statements, for which the directors have received written confirmation. Based on these factors, the directors believe that preparing the financial statements on the going concern basis is appropriate.”
