• “On 9th December 2022 the Company completed the sale of the various dog brands, including Autarky and Chudleys, along with the customer list, the IP and the Sales and Marketing team to United Petfood. The sale brings all the manufacturing operations in the Company to a close.”
• “Following the sale, the Company is now in the process of realising the remaining assets and settling liabilities and then it is envisaged a solvent Members Voluntary Liquidation will take place towards the end of 2025.”
• “All operating leases were terminated following the year end, on the basis the assets were no longer required following the sale of the Group's trade.”
